SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday begin processing the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery within the United States takes 10 to 14 business days from dispatch. A small number of items are held in US stock and arrive in 5 to 8 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier delays and peak seasons can extend them.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the contents of your order.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. It can take 3 to 5 business days for tracking to begin updating.

Multiple parcels

Orders containing several items, and larger furniture pieces, may arrive in more than one parcel and on different days. This is normal and does not mean anything is missing.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, email info@cozyhomes.luxury within 12 hours and we will correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is confirmed delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbours and your local carrier depot first. If it is still missing, or if it arrives damaged, contact us at info@cozyhomes.luxury and we will resolve it.
